within us all lies

an attitude

sometimes, good and positive

other times, bad and negative

sometimes aggressive

other times passive

sometimes, loving and kind

other times hateful and mean

yen-yang or balance keeps us in check

knowing when to do what

or how to act when the time arises

there is goodness in us all

sometimes, it has to be found

soul searching, prayer and meditation is the key

it helps us to find our way on the right path

being good and positive cleanses the soul and

takes away the negativity

restores health and well being

otherwise, negative thinking and a bad attitude

grows and festers, poisoning the soul like

a tumor inside

A good attitude is a blessing...to everyone!
